I received the wrong item in the correct packaging, which is an easy mistake and honestly one I could have paid better attention to myself as the listing photos displayed the mix-up. Nonetheless, I reached out as soon as I realized and had an acknowledgement and a refund within minutes! This was a considerate and prompt attention to an honest mistake and something I think deserves to be praised. Even without getting the item I expected, I'd still happily do business here again!
