The item was extremely well packaged and arrived in good time. Communication with the seller and the price were both great. This is why I am leaving positive feedback and would definitely recommend the seller! However, I feel I should say… unfortunately, (not the seller’s fault) shortly after mounting the hose reel and testing it a few times, the spring in the reel that causes it to retract… broke. I can still use the hose but the reel is useless. Again, I do recommend this seller!
