    Contact seller multiple times over 3 weeks. Item arrived either damaged or false description. Listing said missing original shoebox but new. Item came with dirty bottoms & worn toes. It arrived in no shipping box so the “brand new” shoes were creased & smashed. Seller said no prob since they are suede. Suede is leather but delicate, when creased or marked up it does not magically appear new again. Yes they are functional, but do not appear new. Horrible experience, has not replied since

    Thank you for your review. As stated in the description the shoes come without a box. Your shoes are made of Eco-Suede (not suede), a very pliable material, causing some shaping during shipment. The material will automatically form to your feet with wear. The white soles of the shoes seem to have accumulated some dust particles in all the steps of handling and shipping, this is visible in your photo. I advised you to use a wet wipe and see if it may be removed. If you try this, it will restore.

    The worst non-fraud transaction in my 25 years on eBay. Seller took two weeks to get the item to the post office, eBay's shipment tracking was misaligned with the shipper's status, and the seller was almost completely unresponsive. At least when the item arrived, it was as advertised.
