I ordered 2 wristbands, they were supposedly sent very promptly, but they were never registered with Australia Post. I contacted customer service and a new parcel was quickly sent. Wristbands were exactly as described, and colours were very accurate.

Product advertised as AU stock, to be dispatched within three days. ALL incorrect statements by seller. Ordered on 5 June, seller claim posted on 6 June. Next correspondence 12 June stating shipment was being packed, even though they posted back on 6 June. Order never turn up, contacted seller. Sellar reply that they will contact courier. But they not sent any order on any courier, so they did not continue with correspondence. They have supplied a false tracking number and misleading advertising
