Received purchase with parts missing rendering item completely useless and seller refuses to either replace or refund, instead negotiating partial refund covering postage costs. Has not even offered to replace the missing parts; item was sent in a plastic bag envelope and wrapped in bubble wrap, so they knew what was sent. Offered numerous chances to do the right thing however has not replied to final correspondence so will be escalating to eBay/PayPal for dispute resolution. Dodgy seller...
