This 10-inch vinyl LP brings together various rehearsal takes and demo tapes from Sellars Recording Studio in Dallas 1957 and Gene's living room of "Lotta Lovin, '" "Hey Mama (Say Mama)," the solo acoustic "My Love In Love Again" (which also starts the record with a brief interview snippet of Gene introducing this version of the Blue Caps), "Lady Bug," "The Night Is So Lonely" and "In My Dreams." The second side features a radio segment of Gene and the band playing live on the Big D Jamboree at the Dallas Sportatorium in 1957 over CBS Radio. The set consists of "Bluejean Bop," "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On," "Dance to the Bop" and "Lotta Lovin'," with the Blue Caps just wailing behind Vincent. For the Vincent completist, to be sure, but still not to be overlooked. ~ Cub Koda

Fantastic seller! My item took longer than normal to arrive but that's due to them sending me the wrong dvd. Not to worry though, I contacted them and they arranged for the correct dvd to be sent out. My item has now arrived and the dvd was in excellent condition (brand new as described) and it was very well packaged. I would also like to say that the value for money is excellent. This vinyl is really reasonably priced and I love that it is one of the more unusual colours. It arrived well packaged, undamaged and looks as described. It arrived late, due to Royal Mail's Festive rush, but was dispatched by the seller really quickly. When I contacted them to ask where it was, they replied really quickly with a helpful solution. Such good customer service, so strongly recommend. Really happy with my purchase.
