The item is not new. The item was advertised as NOB. While eBay acronym descriptions does not define NOB as an approved acronym, since NIB is New In Box, it is reasonable to conclude NOB means New Out of Box. The item was previously used. There were oat crumbs inside; there was a travel cream inside a pocket; there are numerous scuff marks, ie rollers and stands. I am overall happy with the product, but the price was too high, more inline with a new item. I disapprove of misrepresentation.
