      Good value? Meh.

      Upon arrival the unit would not power up. I inspected and found a blown power fuse. Further inspection showed an exploded positive bus filter capacitor and a shorted full wave bridge rectifier. I am awaiting parts to repair. Replaced fuse, both plus and minus filter caps and leaking full wave bridge diode assembly. Working like a champ now.
