O objetivo deste estudo e investigar as competencias associadas com o desempenho superior da gestao logistica em casos de desastres naturais e propor um referencial teorico. Este referencial e aplicado ao caso do Furacao Katrina nos Estados Unidos em 2005 e das Chuvas de Abril de 2010 no municipio do Rio de Janeiro. Os resultados deste trabalho podem ser utilizados por organizacoes governamentais e de ajuda humanitaria em busca de melhores praticas associadas com um superior desempenho operacional.

Fantastic seller! My item took longer than normal to arrive but that's due to them sending me the wrong dvd. Not to worry though, I contacted them and they arranged for the correct dvd to be sent out. My item has now arrived and the dvd was in excellent condition (brand new as described) and it was very well packaged. I would also like to say that the value for money is excellent. This vinyl is really reasonably priced and I love that it is one of the more unusual colours. It arrived well packaged, undamaged and looks as described.
