Vendor sent a motor that seems to be incomplete, maybe broken. Sent him messages about the item including pictures of the condition of the motor. Have not received a response. His description of “works as it should” means may work if you fix the damaged or missing components.
Note in the pictures the way the shaft can slide into a position where the fan blades crash into the frame. No need to worry. In this position the starting winding will not work due to the switch not being contacted.
