Packaged arrived damaged and missing volume knob and hardware to hold potentiometer in place. This issue was not specified in description. Shipping packaging was also a complete joke, it was simply the pedal in an empty cardboard box, free to slide around and be further damaged. Absolutely zero packing to secure package. Seller does not care to rectify situation. 0 stars, terrible service
