Communication is excellent hence the 5 stars. However, buyers beware, sellers goes to other platforms and buys the item at their retail price and then puts their mark up on it. For instance, this mic stand was delivered by Amazon. The retail cost on Amazon is $43.99. Treadsetters charged $61.00. When I addressed this with trendsetters they did offer me to return and refund, so in that respect they are good sellers.
