the seller offered me the frame including shipping, for $1175 which with taxes was a total of $1,283.69 and I paypal straight away. He contacted me and told me he wanted me to call him to discuss. I called him and he wanted me to pay for half the shipping. According to the seller the total was $450, so he wanted me to paypal him another $225. After thinking everything through, I sent him a message through ebay "if you don't want to ship me the frame, refund my money. I did not cancel the order

gave a discount on frame..post office wouldnt take it. fed ex and ups wanted over $400 to ship because of o/s. i asked him if he would split the difference.. no deal.,so i refunded money .same day.
