Accurate description and for used breakers they are in good shape. Additionally these folks are the masters of packaging. The breakers were shrinked wrapped in celophane and then wrapped with additional covering and tightly inserted into a padded box. I bekieve they would have servived a 10 story drop!!! Great seller, quick shipping and would buy again A+++
