Box arrived damaged with fan front cover pushed off. However, put back together with no damage. Fan is quiet & works perfectly. Good value, as described. Late delivery due to difficulties with courier (Aramax! Fastway). Similar difficulties with other items in the past & would not use them given the choice. Mmmmm.... Water bottle arrived in a flimsy package. The top lid had come apart, pin and spring had come out. Tried many times to refit, would not and could not get it back together. Contacted seller who were very nice, too nice. After lots of emails, offered nothing. I asked for a refund or replacement. Offered me $2.50. I would never do business with this dealer again. Still have a drink bottle that I cannot use!
