It was listed as used, and powers On (which it does) also said it was Untested and sold AS-IS, well that is the kicker, it was packaged Well, however, power light does come on, fuse is good, it however gives out NO OUTPUT at all. So take it with a grain of Salt, it did come on, but does not actually work.
