They advised it wasn't in stock. That they could send the larger one. I replied that I'd be happy with the larger one. The next day, with no further communication they cancelled and refunded me. The large one waaa still available so I queried why the cancellation but they never responded. Is that because free postage on the item had changed to around $24??? No idea. Extremely disappointed

We wanted to upgrade you with larger product to provide the better service. Later, we found the last remaining item had crack. We didn't want to send that. We informed you clearly too.
