Not An Easy Read...But...
I like some things about this book and dislike others. I like that it's really about 'branding' yourself and making yourself into a 'business' instead of just increasing your sales. What I don't like is, it's a hard read. Tough to stay into it fully. It will challenge you on many levels and make you question the way you are running your real estate career! I can see where the principles in this book, if implemented properly, in a good market (not today's) would create a more successful level of business for most people. But with the market as it is today, I am struggling to close enough transactions to keep myself employed, let alone hiring all the assistants and taking on the overhead this book suggests. When the market turns back to profitable, this will be a great blueprint to ... I like some things about this book and dislike others.
