The original Giraffe was not the same as what was stated in the description and picture. But as soon as the seller realized this problem, they quickly contacted us and sent the correct giraffe right away. The replacement giraffe (we needed a specific one for a project) came quickly and was in great condition. We really appreciate this seller s conscientiousness and quick fix of the problem.
