I was surprised by the Price and Quality of this product it was far better than I expected. The packaging was so good it was a shame to cut it open. I must also congratulate Costway-Au on their choice of delivery. I have, in the past had many bad experiences with deliveries. I was surprised when this was so good. Costway-au used Direct Freight to deliver and they were Excellent. They sent me an email asking where to put it if I wasn't there to receive it. Well done Costway-au and Direct Freight.

I was absolutely delighted with the chair. It's better than it looks in the photos. So I ordered another one and told them how pleased I was and asked if there was any way they could do the postage for a bit less than the $63 I had paid for the first one. The person answering my enquiry didn't acknowledge my enthusiastic comments, just asked for my address and postcode, then eventually came back saying it's a fixed postal charge!.....That's not how would of handled it. Left a bad taste really.
