Great unit, simple to use.
This 200 series unit brews quickly and is simple to use. The water tank is easy to fill but if buying again I would buy one with a larger tank if I had the counter space for it.

Propreitary - Only works with Keurig cups and pods.
If you're wanting a Keurig you would be better off buying an older used model that allows you to use the hundreds of k cups out there that do not fit in the newer Keurig models. This greedy money grubbing company used technology to block all but their own brand. Not sure of the outcome but they have a huge lawsuit against them for this. Such a pathetic step on this businesses part.

I bought this Keurig to replace a higher end unit we've had for 4 years. I thought the canister in the back would save a little room on the counter compared to our old side mounted style. However the canister is part of the problem. It has a "full" line and "minimum" water line, which is literally 2/3 full. It didn't seem problematic at 1st but is frustrating. Only 1 or 2 cups can be made before it has to be pulled out, turned {as it's on the counter under a usual kitchen cabinet} and topped off. If I want to empty it, there are no hand indentations, grips or handles and it's quite large.... which means I've already dropped it while trying to pull it up and off the unit. Most importantly though, it only works the store bought Keurig pods..... No more generic plastic filter pods to ... I bought this Keurig to replace a higher end unit we've had for 4 years. We have the larger Keurig 2.0 for the house and this one we purchased for the motorhome. Love it, now I don't have to worry about a glass coffee pot breaking during our travels. It is quick and easy to use. Love it.
