Unfortunately I have to say my experience buying this shampoo was a negative one. I bought the shampoo for the amount advertised for the 500ml bottle but only received 125ml bottle instead. When I made an enquiry I was told that they had put the wrong price for the 500ml bottle on the listing on eBay. They did reimburse me for postage, but by rights I should have received what I bought as they had advertised. It was their mistake.
