Item was delivered and looked ok...but stitching was dry rotted on snap and it pulled the whole leather piece off. Seller probably did not know this. BUT...upon contacting them for either an adjustment or refund, I received no response whatsoever. I sent photos...NO RESPONSE. They turned what could have been a solvable problem into an very poor experience. Seller is not reliable and offers NO customer service and wont stand behind what they sell. USE CAUTION!

Seller finally responded to me AFTER expiration of time, and I was refunded already by Ebay. His responses after this were rude and condescending, essentially calling me a liar. There is no hope for this seller

Made false damage claim. Asked 6 times to provide photos of damage, refused each time. Impersonated as a police officer with picture of a police man on a horse supposedly him, used police jargon and threats to intimate. Received a refund, didn't return the item, then claimed it was his then sold it. Lied in the negative feedback stating he sent me pictures of the damage. Horrible person. Stone cold thief.
