At first the wrong dvd was sent. It was a trolls movie but not the one I specified. We are all human. We make mistakes. No big deal. I sent a message and they sent me the correct one and didn’t even ask for me to ship the other one back. Shipping was quick for both packages as well. Packaging was great. No complaints.
