Cranford DVD - Disc 2
I was given a gift of CRANFORD, brand new. After watching Disc 1, I pulled Disc 2 from the case and it was lodged. It snapped into.....ruined. I went on E-bay and discovered that I could replace just Disc 2 and bought it from a vendor in the United Kingdom. Got it five weeks later, but an explanation was sent about some sort of strike that affected, so I was fine with that. When it finally came? It wouldn't play in my DVD player. Came up "Wrong Region or Area" on the screen or something like that. Was very disappointed. I had to throw it away. It only cost between 5 and 6 dollars, so it wasn't worth the effort and expense in trying to return it. It's actually my first negative experience...a faulty and unusable product.... in the 3 years or so that I have been buying things ... I was given a gift of CRANFORD, brand new. Very enjoyable.
Good fun, nobody does repressed costume drama's as good as the British, and we have a massive pool of great actors who seem to slip into these rolls in the blink of an eye.
