    I had a family emergency and a glitch in the inventory that eBay was also aware of, I'm trying to resolve everything in the best possible way, but unfortunately this isn't enough to have the understanding of the buyers to whom I apologized and acted immediately refund. It's very sad to see many years' work ruined because some buyers didn't understand the situation, very sad
