Late delivery due to difficulties with courier (Aramax! Fastway). Similar difficulties with other items in the past & would not use them given the choice. My only beef is that two carriers that don't deliver to my area passed the package back and forth daily for ten days until I alerted the supplier. They replied the next day and two days later the Incubator arrived. If Australia Post is your only delivery service you're going to have to chase your delivery.
