Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2013 im Fachbereich Umweltwissenschaften, Note: 1,0, Universitat Hamburg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Grune Gentechnik findet in Deutschland und Europa nur wenig Akzeptanz. Bereits seit Jahren gibt es eine grosse Protestbewegung gegen den Anbau der GVO. Dies fuhrte dazu, dass grosse Produzenten von genetisch verandertem Saatgut wie etwa Monsanto oder BASF sich aus Deutschland zuruckzogen, (vgl. Zeit 1). Wesentlich groesseren Erfolg haben hierzulande konventionell und biologisch angebaute Produkte. Die Biolandwirtschaft existiert bereits seit Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts, hatte aber lange Zeit nur wenige Anhanger. Durch vermehrte Lebensmittelskandale in der konventionellen Landwirtschaft und die damit einhergehende Verunsicherung der Verbraucher erlebte sie in den 90er Jahren einen grossen Aufschwung, (vgl. Maxeiner, Miersch 2009, S. 9f). Man kann von einem regelrechten Boom der oekologisch korrekten Ware sprechen, der sich auch fernab der Lebensmittelindustrie durchsetzt: OEko ist uberall. E-Plus bringt einen Umwelttarif auf den Markt, Audi und VW investieren in Wind- und Solarenergie, Krombacher rettet schon langer den Regenwald und der Sporthersteller Puma legt seine erste Klimabilanz vor , (Welt 1) Mit Bio verbinden viele positive Eigenschaften wie artgerechte Tierhaltung, geringe Schadstoffbelastung, besseren Geschmack, Gesundheitsvorteile, effektiven Umweltschutz, fairen Handel oder auch Transparenz fur den Verbraucher (vgl. BOELN 2013, S. 14) und haben im Zuge des Trends daran teil. Es stellt sich die Frage, ob Bio Produkte den hohen Erwartungen der Verbraucher tatsachlich gerecht werden koennen. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit moechte ich mich besonders auf den umweltrelevanten Aspekt beziehen. Aktuell sind die Begriffe Klimawandel und Globale Erwarmung aufgrund sich haufender Naturkatastrophen in aller Munde. Heisse Sommer, milde Winter, Hurrikane, das Abschmelzen von Gletschern, UEberflutungen und Wustenbildung gelten als gefahrliche Auswirkung

Fantastic seller! My item took longer than normal to arrive but that's due to them sending me the wrong dvd.
