    A great read and a great edition from a great author.

    This is the prequel to the Lord of the Rings if any of you did not know. It tells us of Bilbo's story, Frodo's uncle, and his acquiring of the ring of power. This edition of the book is lovely as it really gives you the feel of hat the Hobbit should be about, mystery and magic, with that ever looming danger over the horizon. This book is actually meant to be a children's book, so fans of Middle Earth will view it as an easy read, nonetheless, it is captivating and enjoyable for all ages. This product is one of the newer editions, so parts have been added or changed from Tolkien's original, so don't expect it to be the same as the first edition printed over 50 years ago now. This book is a great read, full of enjoyment and this edition is lovely. The only editions I think are as nice are ...
