I received my tote from this seller and am so happy with this purchase ! It's so roomy and the embroidered design on the front is so precious. It was packaged well, shipped the day ordered and actually came better than described. A lot roomier than I thought it would be, which is a bonus for a tote, and the tiny light stain on the bottom the seller mentioned isn't even noticeable by me. A definate 5 star for this seller.

The garment bag looks exactly like its pictures and matched the description. The fabric it's made of is a very ice quality - I can't tell if it's natural or synthetic, but it has a nice soft feel, like brushed cotton or flannel. It arrived in excellent condition - no stains, tears, or holes. It was packaged properly, and shipped/arrived promptly. Overall, a positive buying experience.
