I tendered a "best offer" for the radio, which was promptly accepted withoutcquibble, I appended a note to my payment, asking for him to kindly delay despatching it, owing to me being on holiday & this was duly followed. Upon unpacking the parcel, I found that a superb amount of protection had been provided around the set, using multiple layers of stout cardboard & bubblewrap, hence it remained undamaged as a result. Needless to say, I'm very satisfied with my purchase accordingly.

Sadly the monitor arrived damaged. the screen had detached from the case. The packing was good but I guess somewhere in delivery they ignored the 'fragile' labels all over the box. I asked for a refund and was offered a fair partial refund if willing to keep the monitor. it still works as the neck didn't snap so I'm willing to try a repair. Thank you again!
