After some confusion on UPS's part it shipped a couple days late, (not the seller's fault) when it arrived it had a broken control knob (not entirely the sellers fault). I contacted Tyler and he was very quick to respond with not one, but two spares, which arrived quickly. He was also helpful in explaining the process to change out the broken knob. All in all a very satisfactory experience and a very cool toy. (Not recommended for children) I'd buy from this seller again.
