Wrong hat delivered. Seller claimed old picture / hat no longer available - but - it was the hat pictured in the eBay listing and what I wanted / paid for. Seller did, however, allow me to keep the hat sent and sent me a full refund of what I paid - which is why the "NEUTRAL" experience, rather than "NEGATIVE" and certainly not "POSITIVE"
