Nice for Home Office
I ran the shredder for about an hour and a half the evening that it was delivered. I had no problems shredding paper, plastic cards, and political mailers. If you are looking for a shedder for home office use, the Bonsaii EverShred C149-C will do the job you bought it for!

Simplified Shredding
I've been using this shredder for a couple of weeks now and it has met my expectations. My old shredder gave up the ghost a few years ago and this one has helped me turn a mountain of papers into numerous trash bags of confetti. PROS: 1) It is quieter than I expected 2) I was able to feed 6-8 pages at a time with no problems (I didn't actually try to handle more) 3) It easily handled heavy weight paper (and it even handled a few credit cards) 4) It seems to be quite a bit faster than my previous shredder 5) It isn't prone to jamming (no problems with standard staples, slick papers, etc.) 6) I used it for more than 6 hours straight before it shut down (for about 5-6 minutes) due to overheating CONS: 1) The input slot for the shredder should be redesigned to make it easier to feed the ... Good shredder but it could have been better
I bought this shredder for it's capacity and the anticipation that emptying the bin is easy and clean. Pros: - It shreds fast and continuously - Quite compared to other shredders - No jams Cons: - Emptying the bin is messy, unless you keep emptying the bin when you it fills up half way, but then that defeats the purpose of buying this large capacity shredder. - You have to power the unit on and off, I wish it was auto-on and auto-off like many shredders out there. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. I bought this shredder for it's capacity and the anticipation that emptying the bin is easy and clean. Don't hesitate to purchase one of these units!
Great little shredder just right for my home office. Like the fact that it could take up to 18 pieces of paper and run for 30 minutes before it turns off! Surpised to see in the back of the unit a cooling fan to keep the unit from overheating. Quiet machine compared to my Staple unit.
