I had a few recipes from the internet that came from this collection and I was excited to get the whole book. I feel like the prep and cooking is easy and fast for these recipes that yield very solid results. The real differentiator is that the ingredients tend to be common and inexpensive, which is nice.

I love cookbooks,but I really have to say this is probably my all time favorite! There is a picture for each recipe and the time it takes to cook and prepare each meal (which most are around 20-30 total time) all the recipes are super super easy with very minimal ingredients needed.If you have little time but still want to serve your family gorgeous and healthy meals this is the book for you! This is not one of those open the can cookbooks this is all fresh ingredients. IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!
i actually already had this and a friend liked it so much she wanted her own.(i wouldn't give her mine) short prep time and easy to make, but not your usual recipes. most books only have a few you really would want to make, but page after page are recipes you will want to try. easy explanations, and great pictures too. an a+ all around
I hate cookbooks. Most of the ones I have are in a cabinet collecting dust. However - This one stays out on my counter and I use it all the time. My family loves everything I have made from it. The recipes are easy and don't take a lot of time, use only a few ingredients and taste fantastic. I have given it at least 10 times as a gift! I can't recommend it enough. Just buy it!
This is a wonderful cookbook, basic in every way. There is a photo display for every recipe, which makes it very helpful to those of us who want to know how the food should look when the recipe is done right!! My daughter told me about this recipe book, and she doesn't cook...but she uses this recipe book! That speaks volumes to me. A very pretty book as well...a visual treat for sure.
