I didn't get the item I ordered due to the vendor distributor's error but they were very communicative via email with me and offered immediate refund for item. I do find it strange that the vendor didn't want to resend the correct item but I'll be buying it from another vendor, albeit at an increased price. The item is from China and it took forever for it to be delivered to U.S. - not their fault!! So all in all - a good buying experience with refund.

I ordered these for my 2009 Honda CRV roof rail that was missing one of the small covers in the front of the rail. Even though the description stated it was for 2007 - 2011 CRV’s it didn’t fit. Working with the vendor I was able to discuss the issue and they were able to provide a full refund for the part. This hassle free fix was greatly appreciated. Just wish the descriptions were more accurate so I could have received the right part. Looks like some descriptions are off a bit.
