Seller listed his item very accurately and I did make a mistake when ordered. I thought it was a Dept 56 Dickens and it wasn't. I did try to cancel shipment right after ordered, but it was too late as vendor couldn't cancel. Rep today told me I should have picked ORDERED WRONG ITEM as can't change once initiated return (I picked DOESN'T MATCH DESCRIPTION OR PHOTOS) and that wasn't the case. Apologies to seller for any inconvenience.

In all the years of purchasing here, this purchase was going to get here in one piece even if tossed around. I can't tell you how disappointing it is to finally find something no longer made - but you need it to complete or decorate, only to have it delivered broken into pieces because the box was too small, or there wasn't enough cushioning.
