Ordered this mug 2 months ago. I received confirmation & tracking. Item never shipped. Contacted seller. Was told they have it but need to find it. A short time later contacted seller again. Was told they were out of town for 2 wks and would try to find item when they returned. Was also told they would discount item. After 3 wks I contacted seller several times & never received a response. I then contacted ebay & received a refund. I'm disappointed. Waited patiently yet never got my mug.
