I was unable to reach ups by phone, kept getting routed to online that did not have a category to help. So I had to take time off my schedule, wait til they open at 10:30 to see if my package wad there. It was and the rep told me I would have never received ! I needed this part fast so I bought from this vendor since shipping was estimated to arrive in 3-5 days. Instead it shipped from the opposite coast from me and took 8 days. On top of that the "new" part turned out to be reburbished. This vendor has had numerous negatives over both issues. To pull shenanigans like that when it comes to selling quickly needed parts is plainly unethical and I will absolutely scorch this vendor on all car related online communities and social media I'm a part of.
