This customer Purchased the item back in January, and after 5 months of usage, the customer inadvertently damaged the item. They then reach out to us and demand their money back or they will leave a negative feedback. We referred them to GoPro Technical support and we will help in seeing if it can be repaired. However, they were a bit rash and thought it was appropriate to leave us a negative feedback. If they need any further assistance, they can still reach out to us. Wishing them the best!

Seller listed item as having Windows 11 Pro in listing details and description. Item actually had 11 Home. Seller refused to provide a Pro key or refund the cost for me to buy one. Lied about the listing stating an upgrade was required. Buyer beware

The customer misread our listing, it mentioned "Windows 11 Pro would require an upgrade". We then informed the customer that they can return the item for a full refund, and instead, they "demanded" a refund of $150. We mentioned we could not give such a steep refund, and so they thought it was appropriate to leave us a negative feedback. We wish this customer the best and we are here if they need any further assistance.
