Item as described, but slow to ship. Paid 3/3, and shipped 3/11. Received 3/13 in the nick of time as was needed to complete a project for 3/14. I had hoped the item could be shipped with another item I purchased that shipped on 3/4 but my 3 messages went unanswered. I understand we are all busy and/or have things going on in our lives, but as a seller, communication/customer service is an important factor in earning repeat business.

Item is as described. Shipping was delayed. Multiple requests for tracking info ignored. Seller was convinced USPS employee used wrong address, but wouldn't confirm which address was used. Initial request was made 2-3 times to receive by date of event. It was mailed 3 days before deadline. Item arrived day of event at 6pm when we were already there. With confirmation number I could have received jewelry in time. Not really in seller's power to do much after given to USPS but stressful.
