The item came as it was displayed. I gave them a deep cleanse as recommended and it ended up causing really bad sole separation. This is more so on the age of the item as opposed to the seller. Packaging could have been better. Overall I regret buying the item but it’s not the sellers fault. I guess you win some you loose some
