Item was erroneously delivered to another location. Seller Did send it to the right location but USPS screwed up.
Seller diligently helped resolve the issue by following up with me via email to the location it was wrongly delivered.
Despite not receiving feedback from the other warehouse the item showed up.
Either the other warehouse send it directly to my address without telling us anything. Very unprofessional

I asked the seller to cancel the order the day after payment. The item had not yet been shipped. I agreed to reimburse the seller for the shipping cost that was listed when the order was placed. In the end, the seller doubled the shipping cost on their own and the refund came in for essentially half the cost of the item
