The line trimmer is a very good unit. It takes a few tries to get it set up but then it is great to use! With regards to communication, I was disappointed with them. After I enquired as to new arrivals, I was told that I would be notified when they arrived. did not happen. They also said that, due to the mix-up and my patience, they would do a special deal. Also did not happen! Small problem but don't make promises that you are not prepared to follow up on.
