Buyer wore the shoes and then opened a return case requesting we pay return shipping as well as initial shipping. To be clear they ordered the size they intended to, they got the shoes and realized then needed to get a larger size once wearing the brand new shoes around… this is no fault of ours. How do people expect for business to take 30 dollar shipping loss? Then the brand new shoes being turned into used shoes now and their lost value because of that… unrealistic expectations.
