    Nikon Coolpix 5000 Digital Camera

    This is the 3rd time I purchased the camera and its still works well for me. Love the adjustable monitor that tilts & turn and enables photographing from all angles and views. Its loaded with features like lighting adjustment for all types of lights and temperatures. The 5 million pixel count is great for most of my needs. Its not really a dislike but manual is 200 pages. It has great possibilities but I really dont need all that. But it would satisfy the needs of a professional. Its a bit of a lightweight and if you drop it, which I did once, you usually end up with problems like focusing. I will probably try to buy it again when I retire this one.

    Ver y Awesome! As for the Value... I truly found a deal!

    Although not a top of the line SLR Camera it is a top of the line Point and shoot. The first day out of the box I was taking professional looking pictures. This is great for someone like me. I am a makeup artist, and need to be able to snap high quality pics for my portfolio. This works beautifully. I am still learning the features, but that is just part of the fun for me.

    Point and shoot heavy weight

    This is one of the few cameras left in it's class that have an optical viewfinder as well as the LCD screen. This allows the user to take photos in bright sunlight when the LCD screen is washed out due to the bright ambient light. It has many user selectable features that make it my favorite backup camera.

    I look the size if fit the hand well, picture are what I am look for in a digital camera. Today camera looks at compact size this camera of the past opens a good camera and a good price to get the pictures one need for the web or home use.
