The item is well packed & as described. Yet the shipping cost changed while doing the check out (From $26 became $39 on shipping). Email seller but his answer was the ebay doing the shipping cost that may range from $26 to $65. Yet this is the first time I come across the change of shipping cost after the auction ended. Yet I need the tool anyway so had to paid 50% more of what I expected of the shipping. Next time will double check and reconfirm with seller before committed to bid on the item.

The seller is selling damaged batteries. I was scammed with 9 batteries for 337 dollars, not even one worked for me and the same as most battery sellers scammed me with more than 1100 dollars and everyone has a way to test the batteries and they don t do it for sell them damaged
