Hi, when connecting the power-point attachment to the Portable Heater, it is too heavy and falls out of the socket on the wall. I will need to have the 2 prongs removed and have the attachable power-point put on so that the heater will stay in the wall socket.
A bit of mucking around, I hope it works after this.
