Working with the seller was super easy and tremendous on getting the situation with the damaged item (no fault of the sellers) resolved. It was a fragile item that was packaged extremely well, but the USPS mishandled it and unfortunately broke during transit. Communicating with the seller was super easy in getting a refund. Too bad the item didn't work out. But a great seller otherwise.
