Leider passt die Beschreibung des Artikels nicht ganz mit der Lieferung. Der Geschenkkarton fehlte. Jedoch konnte man sich einig werden und der Kundenservice war sehr freundlich und hat den Vorgang in angemessener Weise bearbeitet. Fehler können passieren und der Umgang damit war sehr gut. Insgesamt also zufrieden, denn der Hauptartikel war wie beschrieben. :)
